The rate includes accommodation with full breakfast each morning, as well as a kid’s gift in room for arrival. Reservations can be cancelled at no penalty up to 2pm the day prior to arrival. Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. To do so, you can either contact the Reservation Team at your preferred hotel via email, or you can call 0800 049 8000 to speak to a member of staff on the phone.
Will I be charged for cancelling my booking?
If you have booked a flexible rate room, then you’ll be able to cancel free of charge up to 2 pm the day prior to your arrival. Charges will apply for cancellations made after this point.
Do children stay free at Apex Hotels?
Yes, they do! All children under the age of 17 can stay for free, whilst all children under the age of 5 can eat for free too.

Yes, you can. To do so, you’ll need to call 0800 049 8000 to check for availability. You can always arrive early and securely drop off your luggage if needs be.
Do all Apex Hotels have on-site parking?
No, not all of them do. The hotels which do have on-site parking are the City Quay Hotel & Spa in Dundee and the Grassmarket Hotel in Edinburgh.
