Can I cancel my Sea Life booking?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and therefore cannot be cancelled. However, you can change the date and time of your booking should you need to.
Can I change the date and time of my pre-purchased ticket?
Yes, you can. You can do so three times prior to your visit, and to alter your booking you’ll need to head to the booking portal via the Sea Life website.
What happens if I am running late for my booking?
If you are running late, you may incur an additional fee upon entry. Sea Life will, however, accommodate your party in the next available time slot.

Can I leave the premises and re-enter?
As most ticket types are issued for a specific entry time, you won’t be able to re-enter once you have left. That being said, you are allowed to stay inside the attraction for as long as you like.
