Does Zooplus offer a student discount?

Unfortunately, Zooplus doesn’t seem to offer a student discount. However, we’ll be sure to let you know if this changes anytime soon.

Does Zooplus offer any other form of discount?

Good news! Zooplus offers a variety of different discounts and offers. Joining their Breeder Programme gives you a 10% discount on all orders over £59, whilst their Pet Charity Discount offers recognized charities and shelters a 10% discount on orders over £59.

What delivery services are available?

For most of the UK, Zooplus offers free delivery on orders over £39. We recommend referring to their terms and conditions to see if your postcode is eligible for free delivery. For orders between £10-£29 shipping via Yodel or Evri will cost £2.99. Orders between £29 and £39 will cost £1.99.

How long will delivery take?

Zooplus aim to process and dispatch your items within 24 hours. Delivery to the UK can take up to 3 working days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes- you can track your order via the ‘My Zooplus’ page.

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received it to request a refund or exchange. Also, Zooplus will cover the cost of returning your unwanted purchase to them. To return your item, you can either arrange to have it collected from your address or can send it directly to their return address.
