How much does a Fitness First subscription cost?
A standard Fitness First membership costs £65 per month and entitles you to multi-gym access. You’ll also get access to fitness classes, saunas, and swimming pool facilities in selected gyms.
Will my Fitness First membership automatically renew?
Fitness First state that if you pay the total of your membership in one sum then your membership will automatically end at the end of your agreed term. For monthly memberships, it appears you need to cancel both the direct debit and the membership in your account otherwise you might be charged for a new plan. It’s also worth noting if you forget to cancel your direct debit, Fitness First can keep any money you’ve sent to them regardless of if you wished to cancel.

Can I cancel my Fitness First membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership for any reason within 10 days of joining. If you are paying by direct debit after 10 days, you can cancel your membership at the end of your minimum term. If you are canceling a 6 or 12-month membership, you need to give one calendar month’s notice. You will also have to pay cancellation fees which are calculated based on the remaining time of your membership and for how long you have been a member. We would highly recommend reading the terms and conditions before joining.
How do I cancel my Fitness First membership?
You cancel your membership by logging in and going to ‘My Account’. You should see the option to request to cancel your membership. Fitness First will then send a confirmation email of your cancellation request.
