Does Vital Proteins do standard delivery?
Yes. Vital Proteins does free standard delivery for orders over £39.99. For orders less than this, standard delivery costs £3.99. Your item should be delivered in 2-3 days.
Does Vital Proteins do next-day delivery?
Yes. Vital Proteins does next-day delivery. This costs £4.76 or it's free for orders of £74.99. or more. Be sure to place your order Monday-Friday for it to be eligible for next-day delivery. If you do place your order past Friday, you will receive your item the following working day. This delivery option is only available for some items so be sure to check if your product is eligible at checkout. No deliveries will be made over the Christmas and Bank Holiday weekends. This service is tracked and signed for.
Can I track my Vital Proteins order?
Yes. You can track your Vital Proteins order through the track your order at the bottom of the page. Simply click on ‘Track Your Order’ you will then need to provide your order number and postcode.

Vital Proteins Returns FAQs
Does Vital Proteins do returns?
Yes. If you're not happy with your Vital Proteins purchase then you can return it within 14 days of your order date. It is worth noting Vital Proteins can only reimburse the postage charges for returning products in the following situations: Vital Proteins supplied you with the incorrect item; the item is damaged or malfunctioning; or you are returning a replacement or substitute item that you do not want to keep. If an item is discovered to be in excellent functioning order, the postage cannot be refunded.
How do I return my Vital Proteins item?
All you need to do is contact the customer service team on the number above. Make sure to provide your order number and the name of the product that you're returning. write your order number, name, and address on the inside of the safe packaging that contains the product. Once you take it to your nearest Post Office, they will take care of your return and ship it to Vital Proteins.
