If you’re looking for clothes then stick to charity shops and kilo sales to get the most for your money. Also, try resale sites like Depop and Vinted, particularly for branded clothing, to buy as well as sell your old clothes.
Outside of clothes, the reduced section of your local shop is always worth checking out to potentially pick up a bargain. You should also always sign up for newsletters to get the latest deals and ways to save as well as enter any free prize draws.
