What delivery options do Wish offer?
Wish offer Standard shipping, Express shipping and 2-Day delivery, with different products eligible for different delivery options. Keep an eye out on each individual product to see which options can be applied.
How much does Wish delivery cost?
As Wish is an e-commerce platform, prices will vary from seller to seller, and also depend on where the seller is, what they're selling, and how much the items weigh and seller fees. You will see shipping costs for individual items displayed on their item pages, with prices updated to reflect any new information when you go to the checkout.
How long do Wish take to deliver?
Wish give you an estimated delivery date when your order is placed. How long this is will depend on individual sellers, where items ship from and to, which couriers are used for delivery, and which delivery method has been selected. 2-Day Delivery is the only option where a specific time frame is provided, but this is not available on all items.
What is Wish's returns policy?
You can send items back to Wish in exchange for a refund within 30 days of receiving your goods. You will need to cover any postage costs, and refunds will be provided in Wish Cash. To organise a return, you'll need to get in touch with the Wish Customer Service Team via the Wish Assistant. Note that perishables, health & hygiene items, software and services are not eligible for a return.

If you don't receive your goods by the refund eligible date (which is usually similar to the estimated delivery date), you can get in touch with the Wish Customer Service team to arrange a full refund.

What is Wish Cash?

Daily Stamps. Log in to Wish daily to earn your Daily Stamp. Every time you collect 7 stamps, you'll earn a voucher for 50% off which you can use to save on your next order.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
