Can I get free delivery?

Wedgwood offers free standard delivery on all orders over £75, which will take 2 - 4 working days to be delivered. Orders under £75 will be subject to a £3.95 delivery fee.

Can I return my order?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you will have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order to Wedgwood. Orders must be unused in their original packaging and condition. You will have to cover the charge of returning your order.

If your order is returned within the 30-day period (from the date of delivery) and it passes inspection, you will receive a full refund unless you choose for Wedgwood to collect the order (rather than send it out yourself), Wedgwood will deduct £10 from your refund.

Does Wedgwood offer a Key Worker discount?

Yes, Wedgwood offers a 15% discount on orders over £150 for NHS & healthcare workers, teachers and seniors. You just need to verify your eligibility via ‘GoCertify’.
