How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery for items under £1,000.00 costs £5.00, whilst delivery for items above £1,000.00 costs £20.00. Continental and Rest of the World shipping is available, too. For more information, be sure to check out the Vestiaire Collective delivery webpage.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order every step of the way. You can track your order on the app or directly from your Vestiaire Collective account.
Does Vestiaire Collective accept returns?
It’s important to know that there are two different types of sellers on Vestiaire Collective: Individual Sellers and Professional Sellers. Individual Sellers are people looking to sell their pre-loved clothes, whilst Professional Sellers are registered businesses that sell coveted luxury and designer items. Unfortunately, items bought from Individual Sellers are not eligible for returns. However, you can relist your unwanted item for free within 72 hours of receiving your order to make your money back. If you bought your item from a professional seller then you are eligible for a full refund if it is returned within 14 days.

I’m not sure my item is genuine – what shall I do?
If you placed an order with Authentication and you think that it doesn’t match the description, you can contact their customer service team who will investigate the issue for you. If you used Direct Shipping and you have an issue with your item, be sure to report the problem within 72 hours of receiving it.
