Vax came from humble beginnings in 1977, when it was founded by Alan Brazier. However, the company would go on to change the course of domestic cleaning with its iconic orange cleaner, which became the first domestic vacuum cleaner that could clean carpets to come to market. What delivery options are available?
Vax offers a couple of delivery options via DPD to suit your needs. If you order before 7 pm you’ll automatically be eligible for free Next-Day delivery. However, if that doesn't work for you, Nominated Day delivery is available for an additional £4.99.
Where does Vax deliver to?
Vax delivers all around the mainland UK and to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you’re unsure about delivery, you can enter your postcode into the delivery section during checkout to see what options are available to you.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As Vax has partnered with DPD, you’ll receive a tracking code via email and sms when you place your order. From there, the tracking code can be entered on the DPD website to see the status of your order.

Does Vax accept returns?
Vax operates a standard 21-day returns policy, meaning you have 21 days from receiving your product to initiate the returns procedure. For a return to be eligible for an exchange or refund, all original parts and packaging must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Once Vax has received your return the 14-day period will begin. Additionally, you can expect any delivery charges to be refunded if that was agreed upon during the return process.
