Can I get free delivery?
Vans offers free delivery to a collection point on all orders over £65. Collection point deliveries under this amount cost £5.
What delivery options are available at VANS?
VANS offers multiple delivery options; Standard Delivery for £5 to receive your order within 3 - 7 working days and 5 - 7 weeks for customised products, or Delivery at a CollectPlus collection point for £5 and the same estimated delivery timeline. THere is also express delivery which costs £10 and takes 1-2 days.
Can I track my VANS order?
You can track your order by clicking the ‘Track Your Order’ link that can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I return my items?
If you are unhappy with your VANS purchase, you have up to thirty days following its delivery to return it to receive a full refund. All items returned must be in new state; you can find a step-by-step guide on how to return your item on the VANS returns page.
