How long does Urban Industry take to ship?
Standard delivery in the UK takes 2-3 working days to ship. This is via the Royal Mail and costs £2.95 or it’s free for orders over £64.95.
What are the delivery options at Urban Industry?
Standard delivery costs £2.95 or it’s free on orders over £64.95. If you need your order quickly, next working day delivery costs £4.95 or it’s free for orders over £150. This delivery option is via the DPD. You should place your order by 4 pm Monday - Friday for shipping the same business day. Click & Collect is also available from the Eastbourne store.
What is the return policy at Urban Industry?
Urban Industry offers 28-day returns from the date of receipt. They have the right to charge for returns. However, if you opt for an exchange or store credit then returns are free. Any items returned should be in their original packaging and condition with tags attached. For more information, check out their Returns Policy.

Does Urban Industry do student discount?
Currently, Urban Industry does not offer any student discount on its website or via Student Beans. Of course, we’ll let you know on this page if that changes. However, you can still save yourself some money on your order with one of our discount codes.
Can I get an NHS discount at Urban Industry?
No. At the time of writing, Urban Industry does not offer any NHS discount on its website. There are still plenty of discount codes on our page to help you snap up a good deal.
