Can I get free delivery at TOMS UK?
No, TOMS does not offer free delivery on orders at this moment in time
What delivery options are available at TOMS UK?
Standard delivery is available for £5.50 and will usually take between 5-6 working days. This is the only delivery option for the UK. Currently, TOMS UK does not deliver to the Channel Islands.
What is the TOMS UK returns policy?
TOMS UK has a 30-day returns window from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, you can do so online via their ‘Start a Return’ page. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in a resalable condition. Returns are completely free of charge.

Yes. TOMS UK offers 15% off products for students. Simply log in to your Student Beans or UNiDAYS account to confirm your student status and access your code.
Does TOMS UK offer an NHS discount?
It does not appear as though TOMS UK currently offers specific discounts for NHS staff. We’ll update this page if this changes. Of course, you can still save money on your order by using one of our discount codes.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true.
