What is the Royal Mint returns policy?

Royal Mint accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt for free. This is valid for any commemorative coins, historic coins or gifts. Your item should be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by a note. The note should specify your customer code, dispatch reference, and the reason for the return. Returns are not accepted on Bullion bars or coins unless they are faulty.
