Does Superdry offer free delivery?
Unfortunately, Superdry does not have a free delivery service. They do offer free Click & Collect and CollectPlus options, however, and these preferences can be selected at checkout.
What delivery options are available at Superdry?
Alongside Standard delivery for £3.99 (5-7 days), you can choose from free Click & Collect (2-3 days), free CollectPlus (3-5 days) and Express Delivery for £5.95 (72 hours).
Are returns free at Superdry?
Unfortunately not; any returns sent by post will come with a £2.45 charge (using Evri, CollectPlus, AsdaToYou and InPost). You are able to return items to your nearest Superdry store, however, and this process is free of charge.
How do I return my order?
To start a return online, simply head to the Superdry returns portal. Here, you’ll need to enter your order number, postcode, email address and the last four digits of your phone number. You’ll then be prompted to select which items you’d like to return and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. Lastly, you’ll need to choose your courier service, print off the returns label and package up your items. Please note, that you have 28 days to return items from the date of delivery.

Can I get a student discount at Superdry?
Yes, you can! Students can benefit from a 10% discount on all orders. To access your discount, simply verify your student status with UNiDAYS.
Does Superdry sell gift cards?
Yes, they do. You are able to buy gift cards either online or in-store and once purchased you’ll receive a physical card. Superdry now offers an E-gift card service too, allowing you to choose a value of anywhere between £10.00 to £500.00 before sending it digitally to your chosen recipient.

How to use your Superdry discount code
- Browse our collection of Superdry discount codes and click the 'Get code' or 'Get Discount' button next to the one you want to use.
- Your code will be revealed, and the Superdry website will open automatically in another tab.
- Search for all your favourite products and add them to your bag. When you're ready to pay, click on your bag and head to the checkout.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
