No, SkyParkSecure does not currently take bookings over the phone. For all other customer service queries, they can be reached at info@skyparksecure.com.

Can I change my vehicle details once I have booked?

Yes, you can. To make changes, you’ll need to log into the member's area. Please note, that changes must be made up to 72 hours before your arrival date (some bookings will allow changes up to 24 hours before, depending on the terms and conditions).

How long does it take to get to the airport from the car park?

This largely depends on which airport you are travelling to and from. For more accurate time frames, be sure to check the ‘more info’ section in your booking confirmation email.

Do I need to leave my keys?

This depends on the type of booking that you have requested. If you do need to leave your keys, you can be assured they will be looked after appropriately.
