What are the delivery options at Shytobuy?
Shytobuy works with the Royal Mail to deliver all orders. Standard delivery on a 2nd Class Royal Mail service costs £2.49. This should be delivered in 2-3 working days. If your order is over £40, then standard delivery is free. Standard Tracked Delivery costs for £3.49. Next-day delivery starts from £4.99. You should order by 4 pm, Monday - Friday for same-day dispatch on all delivery options.
How will my Shytobuy order be discreetly packaged?
Your Shytobuy order will be delivered in plain packaging with no brand identity. Shytobuy is dedicated to ensuring nobody can tell what your delivery is.

What is the returns policy at Shytobuy?
Shytobuy offers 30 days to return your product hassle-free. Your item should be returned in its original condition. You should contact the customer service team if you would like to make a return or if your order is damaged.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
