Scotts has a variety of delivery methods available to its customers. Standard Delivery (3 to 7 days) costs £4.99, Express Delivery (within 48 hours) costs £9.99, and Next Day Delivery costs £9.99. Can I track my Scotts order?
Yes, simply log into the account you made when making your purchase, head to ‘My Orders’ and you’ll be able to view the progress of your order. Scotts will also send you a tracking email when your order ships which can be used to track the delivery of your order on the respective courier's website.
What is the Scotts return policy?
Scotts operates a standard 28-day return policy, meaning you have 28 days from receiving your order to begin the return process. Your order must be unworn and include all original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, Scotts does not accept online orders to be returned in-store.
How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
Once your order has been returned successfully, Scotts will send out a confirmation email. From here it will take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed and appear on your bank statement.
