Can I get free delivery at Runners Need?
Yes, you can. Orders over £100.00 will qualify for free delivery. Any orders under this amount will cost £5.95 and will be delivered the next day (if the items are available and in stock).
Does Runners Need offer Click & Collect?
Yes. With the Click & Collect option, you can place an order and pick it up from your nearest Cotswold Outdoor or Snow + Rock store. You’ll be told when your item will be ready for collection via email and it will be held for 14 days after your confirmation has been sent.
What is the Runners Need return policy?
At Runners Need, items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (Explore More members will have up to 100 days to return goods). To return an item by post, you can do so by following the relevant steps via your online account. Returns are also accepted in-store.
