How will deliver my Royal Doulton order?

UK customers will have their orders delivered by UPS. This means you can track your order, and arrange re-delivery if needed.

I need to return my order, how long do I have to do this?

If you need to return an item, you have 30 days to do so. Complete the returns form sent to you from the warehouse email address. If you don’t have this you can request one by emailing warehouse@dsv.com.

Are Royal Doulton returns free of charge?

Royal Doulton doesn’t cover the cost of returns unless this has been arranged by a member of the customer service team in writing or stated in the terms of the sale.
