How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery depends on the manufacturer, the size and weight of the items and the location. The cost of delivery is calculated when you add items to the shopping cart.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are shown on the page of each product. Once you’ve placed your order Roofing Superstore will update you each step of the way.
Do Roofing Superstore offer free delivery?
Roofing Superstore don’t offer free delivery as standard or for orders over a set amount. They may be able to offer free delivery on orders when you’re purchasing larger quantities.
Do Roofing Superstore deliver at the weekend?
Not as a standard option, Roofing Superstore’s deliveries are made on working days. However, if you do need an urgent delivery on a Saturday then Roofing Superstore may be able to accommodate this. Any delivery made on a Saturday will be subject to a premium charge.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, certain items can be collected from their depot with an appointment. It may be possible to collect other items from manufacturers across the UK. To find out if this is possible you should get in touch with Roofing Superstore.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel your order. If you cancel your order after it is dispatched you may be required to refuse the delivery when it arrives. To cancel an order then get in touch with the customer services team.
Are returns free?
Roofing Superstore will cover the costs of returning an item if the products are fault or misdescribed, there’s been a change to the product, a delay in delivery due to reasons outside of their control, a pricing or description error or if you have a legal right to return it because of something they’ve done wrong. Otherwise you are responsible for the costs of returning an item Roofing Superstore will only refund you for the cost of the least expensive delivery method when returning your item regardless of the one you use.
