Reiss offers next day delivery, or you can pick your order up from an Evri Locker or Parcel Shop, for £5.95. You can also have your order delivered to one of over 100 Reiss stores.
Does Reiss offer free delivery?
You can get your Reiss order delivered to one of their stores free of charge, however, Reiss does not offer home delivery for free.
Can I track my Reiss order?
You can see the status of your order by logging into your account and heading to the ‘My Orders’ section. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email from Evri (the courier service) once they’ve received your order. In this, you will receive a tracking number along with a 2-hour delivery window for you to expect your order. For a store collection, you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
How do I return my order?
If you have purchased or ordered in-store, you will need to return the items back a Reiss store for a refund. Reiss has also partnered with NEXT so you can return your order to your local NEXT store. Otherwise returns via a courier cost £1.95, to do this you will need to arrange a return via your account section on the Reiss website.
Are returns free?
Returns to a Reiss or NEXT store are free. However courier returns from your home cost £1.95.
