What delivery options do Pure Electric offer?
E-scooters and e-bikes from Pure Electric are eligible for free delivery. For scooters, this will arrive the next working day if you order before 1pm. For bikes, orders will arrive in 5 working days. Accessories will be delivered free if they're ordered with bikes or scooters. If your order is for accessories only, delivery will cost £2.99, or comes free on orders worth £20 or more.
Can I track my Pure Electric order?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking link on the day your order is dispatched. This should arrive in your inbox between 2pm - 9pm. You'll need to login to your account to see updates on your order.
What is the Pure Electric returns policy?
You can return items to Pure Electric within 30 days of receiving them. They must be sent back in new condition with all parts, manuals and accessories included, and in the original box and packaging. Returns are free to Pure Electric stores, or you can arrange a collection by getting in touch with their customer service team and requesting a returns label. Note that there is a £20 returns fee for e-scooters, and a £5 returns fee for any clothes & accessories.

As it currently stands, it is legal to buy and own private e-scooters, but you cannot legally ride them on the pavement, road or cycle paths in the UK. However, there have been government discussions about the role of e-scooters in the future of innovative transport solutions, and some experts expect that they'll be legal within the next couple of years.
What is the minimum age for an e Scooter?
For full sized adult scooters, 16 is the recommended minimum age. However, they do stock models specifically designed for children.
Can Pure Electric repair my e-bike or e-scooter?
Yes, you can bring your scooters or bikes to a Pure Electric store to arrange repairs and servicing. If your item is under warranty, the cost of service and parts may be included under this, depending on why the fault has occurred. You will need to head in-store and let one of the team know the issue and how it happened, and they will notify you of what the repairs or servicing is likely to cost you.
