No. Prezzybox does not offer free delivery. The cheapest delivery option is Standard Delivery, which costs £3.99. Your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
What are the delivery options at Prezzybox?
Standard delivery costs £3.99 and will be delivered in 1-2 working days. This will be via Evri on a tracked service. Next Day Express delivery costs £5.99 and will be delivered the next working day. You should order by 4:30 pm Monday - Friday for this option. You can choose to have next working day delivery before 10:30 am for £14.99 or 12 pm for £9.99. Saturday delivery costs £5.99 and will be delivered the following Saturday. You should place your order by 4:30 pm Monday - Friday for this delivery option.
How can I track my Prezzybox order?
You can easily track your order by heading to the ‘Order Tracking’ tab on their homepage. This will take you to their Order Tracking tool where you can search for your order status. You will need your postcode and order number.

Yes, they do. You can find their sale section on the main bar of their homepage. They usually offer big percentage discounts in this section. Currently, you can shop up to 50% off in their warehouse clearance sale.
Are there any holiday sales at Prezzybox?
Yes, there are usually sales of gifts after or before big seasonal events. Last year, we saw up to 78% off Christmas gifts at the very start of December. Prezzybox also had their biggest Black Friday sale last year with up to 40% off selected items. So, we expect them to match this or even try to beat it this year on November 25th.

Prezzybox offers a No Quibbles Guarantee on their products. This means you can return your item if you’re not completely happy or simply change your mind - no questions asked. Items that are personalised, perishable, or missing parts will not be accepted for returns. Underwear and toiletries are also not accepted. Your item should arrive in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
