When you buy an annual policy, you have the option to select an ‘auto renewal’ or ‘manual renewal’ policy type. If you have selected an auto-renewal policy and no longer wish to have the cover, you are able to turn off the auto-renewal at any time by logging into your online account.
How do I make a claim?
This largely depends on the type of policy that you have taken out. To start making a claim on your Post Office Travel Insurance policy, you’ll first need to identify the letters that your policy number starts with. From here, you’ll need to head online and locate the ‘To make a claim’ page and find the appropriate phone number based on those letters.
