What delivery options do Pondkeeper offer?

Standard delivery costs £4.99, and should arrive the next working day, so long as your order was placed before 1pm. You can also opt for Saturday delivery for £19.99, or Sunday delivery for £24.99. Pondkeeper occasionally offer weekend deliveries from £14.99, saving you up to £10, but you'll need to get in touch with their customer service team to check if this is available.

Can I track my Pondkeeper order?

That depends on what you've ordered and who it is being shipped with. Items sent by Royal Mail, or larger items that will arrive on a pallet cannot be tracked online. Pallet orders can be tracked by getting in touch with the Pondkeeper customer service team, but you'll just have to wait for Royal Mail orders to arrive. Any orders sent by DHL can be tracked via their online portal. You will receive details about the courier your order is being shipped with and any relevant tracking details via email once your order has been confirmed.

Can I return my items?

You can send any items you no longer want back to Pondkeeper within 30 days of your purchase, but this will incur a £15 returns fee, rising to £60 if your order arrived via pallet. You will need to ensure items are returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging to receive your full refund. Note that custom liners and live plants cannot be returned. If your items are faulty, get in touch with the customer service team and they'll arrange a replacement free of charge.
