Yes! Pharmacy First offers free delivery on orders over £40.

Do Pharmacy First charge to deliver prescriptions?

No. If you order an NHS prescription, you will not be charged for delivery. However, if you have a private prescription then there is a £4.95 Priority Delivery charge.

Can I return medication?

Pharmacy First is under obligation to accept any unwanted medicines. These usually cannot be accepted for a refund or resold, as perfect storage condition is now no longer guaranteed. Pharmacy First will safely dispose of any opened or expired medications.

Who can get a Pharmacy First student discount?

Unfortunately, Pharmacy First no longer offers a student discount on their products. However, you can still make a smart saving on your order with one of our Pharmacy First discount codes.

What are the delivery options at Pharmacy First?

Pharmacy First offers a few different delivery options. Express delivery costs £3.95 and will be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you need your order quickly, Priority Delivery costs £4.95. This will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Premium delivery is also available for £8.95 with this option your order will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

Can I return my order?

Pharmacy First offers 30-day returns from the date of delivery on most items. Your item should be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition. Items not accepted for a return include: medicinal, cosmetic, perishable, and any products of personal nature due to hygiene reasons. Any free NHS prescriptions cannot be returned either. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage.
