Am I able to cancel tickets bought through Omio?
Yes, you can. To cancel tickets, you’ll need to access the ‘Your Bookings’ section on the Omio website. From here, you’ll be able to see how much you’ll be refunded and this will include any cancellation fees. Please note that only refundable fare types can be cancelled.
Am I able to change the personal details on my ticket?
You are not able to change personal details once your booking has been confirmed, as tickets are generated automatically. Be sure to double-check your details before finalising payment.
Can I use a railcard when booking with Omio?
Yes. Although many train companies offer different types of discount cards, Omio will make it clear which ones will and won’t accept them. If they’re available, you’ll be able to enter your details and save on your booking.

If I’m delayed, can I claim compensation through Omio?
If your journey is delayed, you may be able to claim compensation. It is best to do this directly via the travel company your ticket is with, although the Omio customer service team will be more than happy to help point you in the right direction.
