Yes, there is a dedicated order tracking page on the O2 Broadband website where you'll find a breakdown of how to track different kinds of orders. Device orders can be tracked by logging in to 'My O2' and selecting 'My Orders', but accessory orders cannot be tracked.
What is the O2 Broadband return policy?
O2 Broadband gives customers 14 days to send back any devices if they change their mind.
