Does Ninja Kitchen offer free delivery?
Yes, Ninja offers free next day delivery to the mainland UK on orders over £30 via DPD or Yodel.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with the name of the carrier of your parcel alongside a tracking number and a link.
Can I return my Ninja Kitchen order?
Yes, you can. Ninja Kitchen accepts returns for up to 30 days after you receive your item. Items should be returned in the same condition as you received them. If you’re returning an item as you’ve changed your mind and no longer want the item, you’ll be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage.

Yes, students and graduates get 15% off their orders at Ninja. You will need to verify your status using Student Beans, but once you’ve done that, you can start saving straight away!
Is there a Ninja Kitchen key worker discount?
Yes, key workers can get 9% off their orders plus access to exclusive offers at Ninja. To claim your discount you will need to verify your work status.
What other discounts are available?
Ninja also offers 10% off for those between the ages of 18-25 with their Young Professionals discount and those aged 55 and over with their Senior discount.
