Can I track my Mobile Phones Direct order?
Mobile Phones Direct send their orders via DPD, who will send you text updates on the day of delivery detailing a one-hour delivery slot. You can also log in to your account and navigate to the ‘My Account’ section to check up on individual orders online.
What is the Mobile Phones Direct return policy?
Mobile Phones Direct offers a 14-day returns period in which you can send back a handset if you’re unhappy with it. You’ll need to send items back in the condition you received them, in the original packaging and with any accessories.
