What delivery options are available?

Standard delivery is available for £4.95 and your order will arrive within 3 - 5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm Monday to Saturday, although you’ll need to allow up to 7 days for the delivery of personalised items. You can also have your order delivered the next working day for £5.95 (if your order is placed before 2pm, or the following day if not). Want to pick a specific day for your delivery? Choose your delivery date for £5.95. Keep in mind that both next day & chosen day delivery are only available Tuesday to Friday and larger items are subject to different delivery charges.

What’s the Mamas and Papas return policy?

Mamas and Papas operate a 28-day returns policy on all items except: toiletries, mattresses, underwear, swimwear, or personalised, refurbished or clearance items. Items must be returned with a valid receipt, in their original condition & with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund. Any sets must be returned in full, not as individual pieces. If you have a valid gift receipt for your items, you can choose to exchange your item for others of equivalent value, or simply opt for a refund.
