Can I get free delivery?
Yes, Mama Mio offers free standard delivery on all orders over £30, otherwise it is £2.You can also get free next day delivery on orders over £60 which is usually £5.99.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £2 or free on orders over £30. Next Day delivery is £5.99 or free on orders over £60. You can also click and collect for £1.50 or free on orders over £25.
Can I Click & Collect my Mama Mio order?
Yes. Mama Mio offers free Click & Collect for orders over £25. For any orders under £25, Mama Mio charges £1.50. You can choose from 500 locations to collect your order from. Simply click the option when you hit the checkout. Delivery will take 2-3 days.
Can I return my items?
Yes. You can return your Mama Mio order by logging into your account and contacting customer service. Once Mama Mio receives your return, they will process the refund. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt and in perfect condition.
Are returns free?
Yes. All Mama Mio returns are free. You will need to contact the customer team through your account to process your return. You can also send a letter if you prefer to contact the customer service team this way.
