Can I get free delivery at Mainline Menswear?
Yes, you can. All orders over £40 will qualify for free 72-Hour UK delivery. Orders over £175 have free next day delivery.
What are the other delivery options?
There are several different delivery options available; including 72-hour delivery (£3.95), Next Working Day delivery (£5.95), Saturday delivery (£7.95) and Sunday delivery (£7.95). Orders placed by 4 pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day. For more information, we recommend checking out their Delivery Information webpage.
How to return items to Mainline Menswear
You are able to return items for an exchange or refund, depending on your preference. To send an item back, you’ll need to follow the link on their Exchange & Returns page (link listed above) or go directly to any local Post Office. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of a return yourself.
Can I cancel my Mainline Menswear order?
Unfortunately, there isn’t an exact way to do this as the retailer does not make it clear whether order cancellation is part of their policy. However, we would recommend calling their customer services team on 01723 624264 should you wish to cancel and they may well be able to help you out.
