How can I get free delivery at Lacoste?
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £99. If your order is less than this, then standard delivery costs £4.95. You can also check this page for the occasional free delivery code on your order.
How long does delivery take from Lacoste?
Standard delivery costs £4.95 and takes 4-5 working days to arrive. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday. Express delivery costs £9.95 and will take 1-2 working days. It’s worth noting that any orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following week. Once you reach checkout, your delivery time should be calculated.
Can I return my order?
Lacoste offers free returns for 30 days from the date of receipt. You can return your item to Lacoste by going to your account and using the returns label. You can also find this label in your shipping confirmation email. You can then drop your box at a DHL collection point for returns.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are completely free, simply fill in the returns form and send it off and you're good to go.

Can I get a student discount at Lacoste?
Yes, you can usually save up to 20% but there's a catch. Student discounts at Lacoste aren't permanent and only last a few weeks.
Does Lacoste do NHS discount codes?
Currently, Lacoste does not offer any specific NHS discount codes. They also do not mention any partnership on their website with the Blue Light Card programme. You can still make a tidy saving on your order with one of our Lacoste discount codes.
