Does KIDLY offer free returns?
Yes, they do - KIDLY currently offers free Standard UK returns on orders over £50.00. For orders under this amount, shipping will cost £4.50.
What other delivery options are available?
Alongside Standard UK delivery, Premium UK delivery is available for £7.50. A money-saving alternative, for those who plan to place multiple orders throughout the year, may be to sign up for KIDLY Unlimited. For just £12.00, customers can enjoy unlimited Premium delivery for an entire year. By selecting this option, you’ll be making your money back after your second order!
What is the KIDLY returns policy?
KIDLY offers a free, 365-day returns policy. If you’re not happy with your items, you can send them back so long as they are returned in an unused and resellable condition (with the tags and packaging in place).

Yes, KIDLY offers price matching in most scenarios. You must contact KIDLY before placing your order, and outline the details of the item that you have found elsewhere.
Can I cancel my KIDLY order?
Unfortunately, KIDLY aren’t able to offer cancellations once an order has been placed. That being said, they do offer a free, 365-day returns policy which will allow you to return any unwanted items for a refund.
