What delivery options do iD Mobile offer?
That depends on what you're ordering. Orders of devices (i.e. phones & tablets) come with free next day delivery if your order is placed before 8pm Monday to Friday, and will be delivered by DPD. Any deliveries placed Friday will arrive the following Monday. SIM cards are delivered via Royal Mail, and should reach you within 2 - 3 working days.
Can I track my order?
Again, this will depend on what you've ordered. Devices are delivered with DPD, who offer tracking through their website. Simply enter your order reference number to receive your update. However, SIM Cards are delivered via Royal Mail and are not tracked, so you will need to wait 2 - 3 working days before they arrive.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only if you reach the iD Mobile team before your order is dispatched. Your best bet is to reach out via the Live Chat feature and let them know you'd like to cancel or amend your order. If your order is sent out before you can get in touch, iD Mobile may offer an exchange or refund if you return your items.
What is the iD Mobile returns policy?
iD Mobile offer different policies depending on how you bought your product. Items bought via the iD Mobile website can be returned within 30 days of purchase, whereas for items bought in a Currys store or via the Currys website this falls to 14 days. Any line usage or add-ons purchased since your purchase will be deducted from your refund total. To return your items, you will need to post them back to iD Mobile at your own cost, or for free by bringing it back into the store it was bought from. What network does iD Mobile use?
iD Mobile delivers 3G, 4G and 5G coverage to their customers using the Three mobile network. Three are the 4th biggest mobile network in the UK, and have over 13 million customers.
Can I check the coverage in my area?
Yes, iD Mobile offer a coverage checker on their website, letting you see how good the 3G, 4G and 5G coverage is for different postcodes. iD Mobile state that 99% of mainland UK is covered on their network, but if you're unsure if you'll feel the benefit where you live, it's worth checking to your postcode before you sign up.

Tethering, or Data Tethering, allows you to let another device use your data to browse the internet. Hotspotting is a type of Tethering, so you'll also hear it called Mobile Hotspotting.
What is Bill Capping?
Bill capping is a budget-friendly feature that lets you set a ceiling for your data and minutes usage that you cannot go over, meaning you will avoid any charges above what you are prepared to pay. Do iD Mobile offer upgrades?
Yes, existing customers nearing the end of their contract or who have been on SIM Only plans for 6 months or more might be able to upgrade their handset without having to simply buy a new model. You can find a breakdown on how this works on the iD Mobile website.
Our iD Mobile Money-Saving Tips
Buy Refurbished: Save on the cost of new devices by opting for one of iD Mobile's refurbished phones & tablets. You'll find picks from known brands like Samsung, Apple, Google and more, plus you can choose from a range of pay monthly, pay as you go and sim-free deals.
Trade-Ins: Got an old device you want to get rid of? iD Mobile's trade-in service lets you sell it for a transfer direct to your chosen bank account. Get a quote from Currys, and if you're happy with the price, let them know. They'll send a pre-paid postage bag to which you can send your device. Once your device has arrived with Currys, your money will arrive in 3 - 5 working days, which you can keep or put towards a new device.
Refer a Friend: Do you know someone who'd like iD Mobile? If you're an existing customer, you can refer a friend, and you'll both receive a Currys gift card when they sign up. The amount you'll get depends on your plan. If you're on a monthly plan (i.e. SIM Only), you'll get a £10 gift card, whereas members on a 12 or 24-month contract will earn a £15 or £30 gift card, respectively.
Bill Capping: iD Mobile offers a bill-capping feature to help you stick to a specific budget. The feature lets you set a maximum monthly spend on plans worth £10 - 25 per month, meaning you won't incur additional costs by reviewing your data or minutes allowances.
Data Rollovers: Have you ever fallen below your monthly data allowance for the month and felt short-changed by paying the same price? With iD Mobile's Data rollover, any data you don't use one month is automatically added to the next month's allowance, meaning the data you've paid for doesn't just disappear. You can get your mileage out of it next month instead.
