Can I get free delivery from HQhair?
Yes. Standard delivery is completely free on all orders over £20. For orders less than this, then standard delivery costs £2.95. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Does HQhair do next-day delivery?
Yes. Next-day delivery is available at HQhair and costs £5.99. Your order will be delivered the next day. You should order by 11 pm to meet these delivery expectations.
Can I get same-day delivery from HQhair?
If you have a London postcode, then yes. Same-day delivery costs £11.99 and is available Monday - Saturday. You should order by 11 am for delivery the same day between 6 pm - 10 pm via Pack. You will be able to choose this option at checkout if it is available to you.
HQhair Returns FAQs
What is the HQhair returns policy?
HQhair offers 30-days returns from the date of purchase. For the Christmas period, returns can be made until January 31st. Your order should be returned in a resaleable condition. This means that your items should be unopened and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, hygiene seals should be intact. Any free gifts should be included in the return. It appears to be the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage. In this case, we’d always recommend you retain the proof of postage.

Does HQhair do student discount?
Yes. Students can enjoy 20% off their online orders at HQhair. Simply log into your Student Beans or UNiDAYS account to verify your student status. You’ll then be able to access your unique student discount code. If you don’t have an account, it’s completely free to sign up for one.
Can I get an NHS discount at HQhair?
Yes. HQhair has partnered with GoCertify to offer 22% off orders for NHS staff and key workers. All you need to do is go to the Key Worker discount page and verify your work status via GoCertify.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
