Will I be charged a fee for using a debit or credit card?
No, there are no extra charges when booking and paying with a debit or credit card.
Are there any extra costs after booking?
Usually, no. Taxes, surcharges and supplements are typically included in the holiday price listed on Holiday Hypermarket’s website. However, prices may occasionally change since the information depends on third parties. To ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date price for your selected holiday, click ‘update quote’ on the page.
What flexible payment options are available?
If you’re booking a package holiday more than 12 weeks before departure, Holiday Hypermarket offers a deposit and part payment plan. You’ll pay the deposit upfront and have a set date to pay off the remaining balance, which you can do in as many installments as you prefer. For holidays departing in less than 12 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.
How can I arrange extra baggage or in-flight meals?
You can add these options during the booking process. If you’ve already booked your holiday and want to include them, please contact Holiday Hypermarket at 0800 916 5167.
When will I receive my tickets?
Holiday Hypermarket will send your tickets once full payment for your holiday has been processed. If you book within 14 days of departure, your booking confirmation will also serve as your E-ticket.

Can I make changes to my booking?
