Can I get free delivery at Golfbase?
Yes! If you spend £30.00 or more you’ll qualify for free Standard UK shipping (otherwise £2.99). Next Day delivery is also free for any anyone placing an order worth over £100.00 (otherwise £3.99). Can I return items for free at Golfbase?
Yes, you can! To return an item for free, you’ll need to fill out a returns form (or enclose a note with your order number and contact details). From here, you can decide to send your parcel back via InPost or by Royal Mail. Both providers have portals which you can access from the Goflbase website, and this is where you’ll be given on-screen instructions on how to complete the process.
How do I track my order?
If your parcel is on a tracked service, you’ll receive a unique tracking number in a dispatch email. From here, you’ll be able to track the journey of your parcel on the courier website.
