What delivery options do Gear4music offer?
Gear4music offer a large range of delivery options depending on what you're ordering. Delivery times can range between 1 day, seven days a week to 5 working days. Delivery of small items costs between 99p - £5.00, whilst delivery of medium items (up to 30kg) will cost between £4.99 and £7.50, and large item delivery charges will start from £7.99, depending on the item’s size & weight.
Can I choose Click & Collect?
Yes, you can opt for Click & Collect when placing your order and will be asked for a postcode area for local delivery. You will then see a list of retailers and convenience stores locations that can receive your order. If you order before 4pm, your order can arrive the next day.
Can I track my Gear4music order?
Unfortunately, most orders cannot be tracked. However, you can select specific time delivery options to choose a timeslot, although this will incur a larger delivery fee.
What is the Gear4music returns policy?
Unwanted items can be sent back to Gear4music within 30 days in exchange for a refund. Items will need to be sent back in their original condition and packaging at either at your own cost, or collected by Gear4music for a £3.99 collection fee. You can arrange your return using their online returns portal.

Yes, all Gear4music products come with a minimum of 3 years' warranty coverage. You can also pay a small fee to extend this to 10 years if you want to be extra sure your purchases are going to go the long haul.

How to use your Gear4Music discount code
