Does Fragrance Direct offer free delivery?
Yes, they do - Tracked delivery to most postcodes is free on all orders over £25.00 (otherwise £3.95).
Does Fragrance Direct offer Next Day Delivery?
Yes, you’ll be able to opt for Next Day delivery at Fragrance Direct for £5.95. This typically takes 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri Next Day, providing that you place your order by 3 pm.
Can I track my delivery from Fragrance Direct?
You can track your order from Fragrance Direct by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Order History’.
What is the returns policy at Fragrance Direct?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order from Fragrance Direct, you’ll have up to 60 days to return it. All products must be returned unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from their packaging/wrapping are not eligible for return.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
At Fragrance Direct, you'll be able to find scents in either Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette (and sometimes both). Eau de Parfum is a more highly concentrated version of the fragrance, meaning it is more likely to last longer, and thus, is usually slightly more expensive.
