What delivery options are available with FitFlop?
Currently, standard delivery is available for £3.95, or for free for all orders rover £99.00. With this, your order will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days. You can also select next-day delivery for £5.95 and if your order is placed before 4.30 pm (between Monday and Friday) it will reach you the following day. Available too is a Click and Collect option, for £5.95.
Can I track my FitFlop order?
Yes, you can. To do so, you’ll need to follow the link in your dispatch email and enter the tracking number provided to check on the status of your parcel.
Does FitFlop offer free returns?
Yes. Returns are currently free - there will be a sticky label on the dispatch note that will have arrived with your initial order. FitFlop advises keeping hold of the proof of postage for your records.

What should I do if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty, please call their Customer Service team on 0800 8560148 or email them at info.uk@fitflop.com.
Does FitFlop offer a repair service?
FitFlop does not offer resoling or repair services for any of their shoes. This is because their footwear design means that the midsole and outsole are very strongly bonded together, and so it’s not possible to repair or replace them without damaging the footwear.
Can my FitFlop shoes be cleaned?
The uppers on FitFlop footwear can be cleaned and protected with any product that is designed for use on the upper material. For the best results, they advise that spills and stains are treated as quickly as possible.

Free Delivery is Available: You’ll get free UK delivery on orders over £99.00. Simply fill your basket and proceed to checkout. The postage will automatically be deducted if you’ve met the threshold.
How to Use Your FitFlop Discount Code
1. Using our website, find a FitFlop discount code that best suits you.
2. Click on the 'Get code' or 'Get discount' button. Copy the code and the FitFlop website will open automatically in a separate tab.
3. Start shopping. Add each item to your 'Cart' and proceed to checkout once finished.
4. Review your order and double-check that each item meets the terms and conditions of your chosen discount code.
5. Paste your code into the 'Promo Code' box and click 'Apply' to enjoy your savings.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. To do this, we test the codes ourselves to make sure that they work and aim to give as much guidance as possible with regard to how they are supposed to be used.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
