Can I get free delivery at F.Hinds?
Yes, Economy delivery is free on orders over £25.00 (otherwise £2.99). Express delivery is also free on orders over £250.00.
Can I exchange my F.Hinds item?
F.Hinds advises that any unwanted items should be returned (either by post or in-store) for a full refund, and that a replacement order should then be placed online. Ring exchanges, on the other hand, are available and more information can be found on their website.
What is the F.Hinds returns policy?
F.Hinds offers a 30-day ‘Change of Mind Guarantee’, meaning you can send items back for a refund within this time frame. Please note, that this does not cover personalised rings or smartwatches that have already been paired with a device.
