Yes, Eve offer free 7-day delivery on all their mattresses.
Do I need to get the mattress back in the box?
No, luckily Eve Sleep will come to collect your mattress without the box if you decide to return it.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Nope, Eve Sleep covers the cost of the return and even pick it up.
What if I bought from another retailer?
If you buy directly from the eve website you can enjoy the 1-year trial, return periods and warranties. If you buy from other retailers eve do not guarantee you will receive the same extras.

How long does an Eve mattress take to expand?
Eve recommends giving your new mattress 4-6 hours to expand, however, try not to leave it in the box longer than 6 weeks as this may affect how much it plumps out and may void the warranty.
Does Eve Sleep offer a trial?
Yes, Eve offers a 1-year trial to determine if your mattress is the right fit for you. If it isn’t you can contact the customer experience team via the online form on the Eve Sleep website to begin your return.
