Indeed they do. At Ernest Jones you can opt for express delivery which typically takes 1 working day, provided that you place your order by 3pm the previous working day. Express delivery is free on all orders over £50 and for orders under £50, express delivery will cost £5.
Does Ernest Jones offer Click & Collect?
Yes, they do! At Ernest Jones, you’ll be able to opt for Click & Collect free of charge on all orders.
How long does personalised jewellery take to be delivered?
At Ernest Jones, they state that personalised jewellery can typically take from 14 - 17 working days to be dispatched. Please note that if you opted for an engraving, it can take up to 3 - 8 working days to be dispatched.
What is the returns policy at Ernest Jones?
If you wish to return your items, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, and you’ll need to visit the Royal Mail website in order to print off a pre-paid returns label. A returns form will also need to be completed and included in the package that you are sending back. Please note that personalised or engraved items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
