Can I get free delivery at Eastpak?
Yes, Eastpak offers free standard delivery on all orders over £35 which takes 5-7 days. Delivery on orders under £35 is £4.
What delivery options are available?
Standard delivery is available for £4 or free over £35 and takes 5-7 days. You can also pick your order up from a collection point for free which also takes 5-7 days.
Can I track my Eastpak delivery?
Yes, you can. You can track your Eastpak delivery by clicking on the ‘Track My Order’ link in the shipping confirmation email that you receive once your order has been dispatched.
Does Eastpak accept returns?
Eastpak accepts returns for up to 30 days after the date of delivery as long as it has not been worn or used and is still in the original packaging.
Are returns free?
Yes. Once your return request has been approved you can choose to either drop your item off at a collection point or have it collected by a courier on an agreed-upon date.

Free Servicing: Keep your new bike in working order with free bike servicing after 3 - 6 weeks on models bought in-store (depending on the type of bike). If anything goes wrong with your bicycle in those first few weeks, just book an appointment and the Tredz mechanics will help you out free of charge.
