Can I get free delivery at Dr Martens?
Yes! Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £50 and delivery normally takes 3-5 working days.
What delivery options are available at Dr Martens?
Standard UK delivery will cost £3.95 for orders under £50. Saturday delivery is also available, and this costs £8.50.
Am I able to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, Dr Martens is unable to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you no longer want your items, you’ll need to wait for them to be delivered and then return them for a refund.
How do I return my Dr Martens order?
To return your order, you’ll need to complete the Dr Martens returns form that will have arrived with your items (if you can’t find it, a new one can be downloaded and printed from their website). Once you’ve filled in the form, scan the QR code and then enclose it in the parcel. You’ll be directed to the Royal Mail website, where you can follow the on-screen instructions in order to generate your free returns label. Print the label off, attach it to your parcel and then take it to your nearest drop-off location.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true.
