Can I get free delivery at Deichmann?
Yes. Deichmann offers free delivery on all orders over £39.99. For orders less than £39.99 standard delivery costs £2.99. Your order will be delivered in 3-5 working days.
Does Deichmann offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Deichmann offers free Click & Collect to one of their stores. Simply choose this option at checkout and avoid the £2.99 standard delivery charge.
Can I return my order?
Deichmann offers free returns within 28 days of your order being delivered. Your items should be returned unused and in their original packaging and condition. It should be accompanied by your completed returns form. You can print your returns label from either Royal Mail or Collect+, whichever is easier for you.
