What delivery options are available?
When placing an order you’ll have the option to receive your order by either 2-3 day standard delivery, 2-3 day eco delivery, next day delivery, and same day delivery to selected postcodes. You can also choose to collect your order from one of over 8500 collection points using their 2-3 day click & collect service.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery, eco delivery and click & collect are all available for £3.95. Next day delivery is available for £5.95 and same day delivery costs £9.95.
Does Cult Beauty offer free delivery?
Yes, Cult Beauty offers free click & collect on orders over £25, free standard delivery on orders over £25 or to Level 2 Cult Status Members, and free next day delivery on orders over £100 or to Level 3 Cult Status Members.
What is Cult Beauty’s return policy?
Cult Beauty accepts returns for up to 30 days after receipt. Returned items should be in pristine condition, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched.
Are returns free?
Unfortunately, returning items to Cult Beauty is not free. When returning an order you’ll have to pay £2.99 to cover any costs of the return postage.
How long do refunds take?
Your refund will be issued once Cult Beauty has received your returned items. Once your refund has been issued it can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed by your bank and to appear in your account.

Does Cult Beauty offer a student discount?
Yes, students can currently save on orders with Cult Beauty’s student discount. To take advantage of the saving, you’ll need to verify your student status with UNiDAYs, Totum or Student Beans.
Does Cult Beauty offer a NHS discount?
Yes, they do. Cult Beauty offers NHS staff the chance to save on their orders using the Blue Light Card, Health Service Discounts and NHS Staff Benefits.

Rewards Scheme: For regular customers, signing up for the Cult Status rewards scheme is a great way to earn rewards and save on orders. You’ll earn one status point for every £1 you spend and move up the levels as you earn more points. Once you’ve reached Level Three, you’ll get free UK Next Day Delivery, £25 off for your birthday, 10 status points for every review, a dedicated personal shopper and priority access to Goody Bags. 100 Status Points can also be redeemed for a cool £5 to spend on whatever you’d like on Cult Beauty’s site.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
